Timeline

3 years from concept to international operation

The Challenge

Starting from zero — and making every part work together.

The project started with nothing more than an idea: to create a highly functional iGaming platform that could support real B2C operations, serve B2B partners and meet the requirements of regulated international markets.

There was no existing technology, operating model or established team. The company, the product and the business infrastructure all had to be created from the ground up.

As Co-Founder & CEO, the responsibility covered the entire journey — from business strategy and company setup to product direction, technology development, commercial execution, operations, team growth, licensing and market expansion.

The role was not limited to defining what should happen. It involved taking the business from concept through development and into live operations.

Platform

A proprietary turnkey iGaming platform built in-house.

The objective was to create much more than a standard white-label casino solution.

The result was a proprietary turnkey iGaming platform, with all core platform functionality developed in-house and the flexibility to support both direct B2C operations and B2B white-label deployments.

The platform brought the main functions required to operate an online gaming business into a single environment, including an in-house CRM, CMS and PAM, alongside Customer Segmentation & Lifecycle Management, a Loyalty Program, Referral Program, in-house KYC and extensive Responsible Gaming functionality.

It also included 9+ bonus mechanics, giving operating teams the flexibility to create different acquisition, engagement and retention journeys directly within the platform.

The wider product ecosystem included 3 sportsbook integrations, 20+ direct game-provider integrations, 2+ casino aggregators and 20+ payment methods, including cryptocurrency payments.

A Telegram Casino was also developed as part of the product ecosystem, extending the gaming experience beyond the traditional web channel.

Because the core technology was owned and developed internally, the platform could be adapted around product, commercial, operational and regulatory requirements rather than being constrained by the limitations of a standard third-party white-label setup.

Live Operations

Technology had to perform as a real gaming business.

Developing the platform was only one part of the challenge.

Using the platform, we launched and operated 2 live B2C gaming projects across different territories. This meant that product decisions were continuously tested in real operating conditions — from player onboarding, payments and KYC through CRM, segmentation, bonuses, retention, Responsible Gaming and customer support.

At the same time, the technology was developed as a B2B turnkey iGaming platform with white-label capability, allowing the same infrastructure to support third-party operators and gaming brands.

This combination of B2C ownership and B2B platform development was particularly important. We were not developing technology based only on theoretical requirements. We were operating our own businesses on the same infrastructure and could see directly what worked, what needed to change and where operational friction existed.

Regulated Markets

Regulatory readiness was part of the product from the beginning.

The business worked through licensing and certification requirements covering the different layers of the operation, including operator licences, software supplier/manufacturer licences and software product licensing and certification.

The platform and its associated operations were used across Europe, LATAM and CIS, while the business also progressed through the licensing process for the South African market.

This required technology, operational procedures, player protection, KYC, Responsible Gaming, payments and regulatory requirements to work together as one operating system.

Scale

From zero to an international operation in 3 years.

In 3 years, the project moved from an initial idea to a functioning international iGaming technology and operating business.

The company developed its own technology stack, launched a live turnkey platform, created B2B and white-label capability, operated 2 B2C gaming projects, integrated 3 sportsbooks, more than 20 direct game providers, 2+ casino aggregators and more than 20 payment methods, while developing the internal tools required to manage customers, compliance, retention and day-to-day operations.

The wider team grew to approximately 30 people, including around 20 people supporting service and operational delivery.

The scale of what had to be achieved was significant, but the resources were deliberately lean. Product development, integrations, licensing, commercial launch and live operations were happening in parallel. That made prioritisation, coordination and execution as important as the original strategy.

The Outcome

From an idea to an international iGaming technology and operating business.

The outcome was not simply a piece of gaming software. It was a functioning B2C and B2B iGaming business, supported by a proprietary turnkey iGaming platform, white-label capability, live operations and technology designed to meet the demands of multiple international and regulated markets.

The platform also received 3 nominations for Platform of the Year, providing external recognition of the product and technology developed by the team.

The project demonstrated what happens when product, technology, operations, commercial strategy and regulation are treated as parts of the same business challenge rather than separate workstreams.
